Documentation should mention Tools -> Options

I had a little difficulty turning it on because I didn't realize you had to enable it in Tooks, Options. I found this blog post that cleared everything up.

It would be great if the documentation explained how to enable it. Quoting the post:

To get started working with VisualHG is very simple.

  1. Download and install TortoiseHg and VisualHG.
  2. Open Visual Studio and go to Tools -> Options.
  3. In the options tree view, select Source Control. (You may need to click the Show all Settings checkbox)
  4. Select VisualHG from the drop down list, and click OK.
  5. Open your Mercurial based solution to see the plugin installed and determining your files' statuses.

BTW, I'm running in VS 2010 RTM. Thanks for the great tool!
